Landlords Insurance

We specialise in landlords insurance on all types of homes and property, commercial and residential. Landlords insurance is available online for all types of tenants.

Our simple landlords insurance quotation facility provides cheap quotes from a range of insurance companies and include additional information about the policy including the excess and such features as whether accidental damage is included.

Since we offer a range of landlords insurance products we can offer cheap rates no matter the types of tenant you have. As well as landlords insurance, we can also quote online for unoccupied property and holiday homes.

Special rates are available for landlords who have a portfolio of buy to let property. Whilst we can't provide an online insurance quote for a portfolio, you can submit a form and we will approach our insurance companies for a competitive quote.

What you will get.

If you don't contact us in person about your landlords insurance (e.g. phone), we will verify the quotation based on information submitted. If you do call us we will make a full assessment of your requirements and send you our recommendation. In both cases:

  • We will send you

    • Confirmation of the premium for your landlords insurance

    • A proposal form for the landlords insurance policy

    • A key facts document from the landlords insurer

    • A policy document from the landlords insurer.

  • Your landlords insurance will not be effective until the premium is paid and the proposal form received.

  • We may be able to go on cover on receipt of the proposal form by fax, if you call us to make payment

  • (We accept debit cards (no charge) and credit cards (£3.00 charge) over the phone

  • On completion we will send you the schedule for your new landlords insurance

When your landlords insurance policy is due for renewal we will review the market on your behalf and make a recommendation whether you should stay with your current insurance company or switch to another one. This landlords insurance quote will assume your needs are as last notified to us.

Should you have any problems with the insurance company when making a claim (naturally we hope you won't have problems) we will act on your behalf to obtain a fair settlement and ensure your claim is dealt with as swiftly as possible. As a broker we act on your behalf.

What you won't get.

We do not promise the cheapest landlords insurance in the market. We do not guarantee to beat any other quote. We do not give silly introductory discounts with the aim of increasing the premium substantially next year on the hope you will stay with us.

No personal information is collected on this site unless you submit a request for details about a policy - in which case the information provided will be used to assist in the arrangement and administration of any policy that you may have with us. Other than for the purposes of arrangement and administration of insurance policies, your details are not passed to any third party.
