Cheap landlord insurance for all types of tenants.
As brokers, we can provide landlord insurance for all tenant types: Professional lets (agreement between landlord and tenant - the tenant can be in work, unemployed, DSS tenants (agreement is between landlord and a third party, who has control of who occupies the property - (if the agreement is between landlord and tenant but the rent is subsidised then this counts as professional), cheap landlord insurance for the retired (no loading is applied), student lets - can be HMOs (naturally), cheap landlord insurance for property occupied by asylum seekers. We also provide online property insurance portfolio quotes offering a substantial discount.
We also offer cheap home insurance (including holiday homes) as well as unoccupied property insurance - including property being renovated. In fact one of the many great advantages of the scheme is that it is possible to change from an unoccupied property insurance to a landlord insurance or a home insurance without having to cancel the policy and be assured that at all times competitive premiums will be charged.

The following are examples of the rates for landlord buildings insurance we offer. All premiums include Insurance Premium tax and any policy fee (usually £25.00). In effect we have two areas - Greater London and Elsewhere. Insurance quotes are available for property owned by a landlord situated in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Chanell Islands as well as mainland UK. The landlord need not be living in the UK to obtain insurance e.g. retired, gone to live in Spain and letting out their old home. All landlord insurance quotes INCLUDE Subsidence cover and loss of rent following an insured claim.
